Job Description:

Mobile Tech RX is a fast-growing software company with a unique founding story. The product was built by experts in the auto recon industry and, on the back of a great product with great fit, has grown to several thousand users organically. This product-focused growth led to a funding round from Austin-based Silverton Partners, the hiring of a CMO and CRO with SaaS backgrounds, and the need to grow a sales team to take the product to market.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join the sales team. You’ll have an opportunity to grow a portfolio of passionate customers while being based out of our Austin office and reporting directly to the CRO. The primary function of this position is new account acquisition, which includes managing inbound leads, cold call prospecting, qualifying, solution-selling, negotiation, and closing deals. We’re targeting candidates with 3+ years of experience in these areas. Our sales team is a collaborative group who hold themselves to high standards and execute on individual and team goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage all four areas of the sales process: prospecting, qualification, closing, and on-boarding
  • Source new partnerships by pitching Mobile Tech RX through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
  • Craft personalized outreach by studying our market, competition, and potential sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and up-sell by phone, email, and in-person
  • Follow up with clients when needed to increase conversion rates from free trials to paying customers
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

What you have:

  • At least three years in a B2B full-cycle role preferably in a lead generation or subscription-based model
  • Consistent quota attainment
  • Experience prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, consultative selling and closing techniques
  • Self-starter mentality with motivation to build pipeline by networking and sourcing leads
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills coupled with a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with outbound sales activities
