Job Description:

Mobile Tech RX is a fast-growing software company with a unique founding story. The product was built by experts in the auto recon industry and, on the back of a great product with great fit, has grown to several thousand users organically. This product-focused growth led to a funding round from Austin-based Silverton Partners, the hiring of a CMO and CRO with SaaS backgrounds, and the need to grow a marketing team to lead the way to growth.

In the Growth Marketing Manager position, you will build a program intended to grow the Mobile Tech RX brand and convert prospects to free trial users. You will own the digital ecosystem and have room to experiment with multiple channels and tactics that produce qualified conversions. This is a role where you will partner with the CMO, Director of Content Marketing, and current users to build a SMB-focused growth machine that regularly and efficiently produces new free trial signups on our owned website. You will report directly to the CMO. The ideal candidate will have experience thinking strategically about channel mix, budget allocation, website conversion rate optimization, and will be able to execute campaign builds.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop and tactically execute customer acquisition strategies and campaigns
  • Build and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Provide management and optimization of ongoing campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting
  • Develop strategies to test new channels and tactics optimized towards new user production
  • Have a maniacal focus on increasing user growth by increasing our website conversion rate
  • Build upon a systems of measurement philosophy that helps you credit success to channels and tactics and make smart decisions in real-time
  • Work with our Director of Content Marketing, CTO, CRO, and CMO to lead company-wide growth

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with demonstrated analytical success
  • Over 3 years digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of display, paid social, search, conversion rate optimization, and affiliate marketing
  • Case studies of work that has increased website conversion rates
  • Proven experience measuring and reporting on marketing attribution
  • Proven experience creating, executing, and optimizing successful paid campaigns
  • Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
  • Comfortable speaking about and presenting data
  • Proactive, disciplined, organized, self-starter and highly motivated
