Set Your Business Up to Hire and Scale

Here’s another lie Matt hears a lot: In order to grow, I need to replicate myself or find another one of me.
You are not the only one who can do the tasks you do!
You should be hiring people who can specialize and be experts in certain tasks and skills. (They will eventually do the tasks better than you can!)
Define your processes and hire according to your business’ needs.

Put it into practice!

Write down your complete business process as it is now. Are there any changes you want to make?
Create a list of tasks you want to find a specialist to do instead of you.
Start writing job descriptions for those potential new hires.
