Job Description:

Mobile Tech RX is a technology company that’s building software to help auto reconditioning professionals make more money and grow their businesses. Headquartered in Austin, TX, and backed by Silverton Partners, we’re on a mission to change the way work is done in the auto reconditioning industry.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage customer accounts, ensuring they successfully adopt and realize the value of Mobile Tech RX solutions. You will drive renewal and expansion business and be the internal champion for Mobile Tech RX customers within our company. You will work cross functionally between sales, support, and product teams to do whatever it takes to make our customers successful. This role will be based out of our Austin office and will report to the CRO. This is a quota carrying position for both renewal and expansion sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure products and services are effectively adopted and delivering business value
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ business and use cases and appropriately position our value 
  • Serve as a product expert and evangelist and build strategic relationships with key contacts at all levels across your customers.
  • Effectively manage and drive closure of renewal business 
  • Serve as a customer’s internal champion and advocate for customer needs across functions and departments, including providing product feedback and escalating critical service issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, both decision-makers and end-users
  • Travel to customer sites for meetings and business reviews. (Approximately 25% travel required.)

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of SaaS Technology experience; experience with automotive technologies and large enterprise customers is a plus
  • Experience in customer success, install base sales, account management or equivalent history of increasing customer value realization, retention and expansion
  • Client account management with revenue growth responsibility
  • Experience with customer negotiations and objection handling
  • Create and maintain content for various educational initiatives including webinars and product release videos
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, time management, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently, on a team, and in a fast-paced environment
  • High motivation, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure customer and company success
